Vincent Swiney is a founding partner at Swiney & Bellenger where he focuses his practice on handling workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability/SSI, and personal injury cases.

Vincent received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. While in law school, he served as an executive director on the Trial Advocacy Board, won the Judge James O. Haley Federal Court Competition, and was named to The Order of Barristers.

Vincent serves on the Board of Directors for the Birmingham Bar Foundation, has been an Adjunct Instructor for the Bridge to Practice Series at Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, and was selected as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Litigation Lawyers in the State of Alabama for 2016 by The American Society of Legal Advocates.

Vincent is licensed to practice in all state courts within the State of Alabama and the State of Tennessee as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
